From ordering your test to receiving your personalized protocol typically takes 3-4 weeks. This includes shipping time, sample collection, lab analysis (7-10 business days), and my preparation of your video review and protocol. It should be noted that if you are a menstruating woman, collection should occur on days 19-21 of your cycle if possible.
Not at all. The DUTCH Complete uses dried urine samples collected on filter paper at specific times during the day. The kit includes clear instructions, and most clients find it much easier than blood draws. You’ll simply collect small urine samples, allow them to dry, and mail them back in the prepaid envelope.
Blood tests typically measure only circulating hormone levels at a single point in time, and frequently do not measure the “free” hormones that are actually available to your cells for use.
